What Does My Self Storage Investing One On One Full Day Training Look Like?
Simply put, You and I will meet at my home office and spend the day doing whatever it is that will move you forward in your storage investing journey. The agenda below is not set in stone as I meet my clients where they are and build upon what they already know. My goal is to serve as your guide and move you forward as quickly and efficiently as possible. The more you know from a nuts and bolts standpoint coming in, the better as that allows us to hit the ground running. We will address any and all nuts and bolts storage questions you have (see below for the most common topics). We will also work together to identify anything that might be standing between them and the life they want to build using self storage. We work together to Solidify your investment Goals, establish optimal investing strategy based on their resources (time, money, expertise, experience, network), risk tolerances and investment objectives. Create an Avatar of your "perfect deal" so you know what you're looking for. 

We also go into an in depth exploration of high level Facility prospecting, Facility Primary analysis, In-depth facility financial/market/competitive analysis, deal structure, contracts, operations/management and property expansion.
